DRAWING UP THE DEED OF SALE Step 6

Step 6: Drawing up the purchase agreement

When the negotiations have been successful, A&N Verkoop will draw up the draft purchase agreement.

In this agreement, we confirm the agreements made, such as the agreed price, date of the transfer and any resolutive conditions.

A&N Verkoop will submit the draft to the buyer.

After approval of the draft, we will ensure that the purchase agreement is signed with all the required signatures.

Your estate agent will ensure that any documents are sent to the notary. Together we will plan the transfer of ownership, completion and handover.

Step 7: The deed of delivery will be executed at a civil-law notary

As soon as the notary has received the purchase agreement, an appointment will be scheduled to sign the deed of delivery. This is also known as the 'transfer of ownership'.

Before the transfer of ownership, the buyer wants to inspect the property: is your property in the agreed condition?

Your estate agent will supervise this inspection. We will also accompany you during the transfer of ownership. After signing, the handover will take place. Your property has been sold.
