  • DOCUMENTS NEEDED WHEN RENTING

    In order to be eligible for a rental property, we need various documents from you. When all documents are complete, we will put you forward to the landlord.

  • EMPLOYER'S STATEMENT

    It is important to property owners that a tenant is creditworthy in order to be able to rent a home. That is why A&N Verhuur has drawn up a number of rules for tenants in order to qualify for a certain rental property.

    • Tenants must be in work and be able to hand over a copy of a permanent employment contract
    • The gross monthly salary of a tenant should be at least 3.5 times the exclusive monthly rent of the property

    If you are unable to submit a permanent employment contract, for example because you have an annual contract, you can ask your employer to draw up an employer's statement.

  • RENTAL GUARANTEE AGREEMENT

    Are you not meeting one of these requirements?
    Sometimes you may need a guarantor to rent a property. The final choice of tenant always rests with the landlord/property owner.

  • TENANT DEPOSIT TRANSFER

    Please use this form if a tenancy agreement is changed because the composition of tenants changes and the deposit is transferred to (an)other tenant(s).

  • LANDLORD STATEMENT

    To make your profile as complete as possible, you can ask your previous landlord to prepare a statement.

    In this statement, the landlord indicates that you are or have been a good tenant. Think of it as a certificate of good conduct.

    This statement can persuade the property owner to select you as a tenant.

  • MAINTENANCE FROM A-Z

    This overview lists routine maintenance that is the responsibility of the tenant.

  • MINOR REPAIRS DECREE

    These are the guidelines that indicate what the tenant is responsible for.

  • TERMINANTION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT

    If you want to cancel the tenancy agreement, please send an email to info@anvastgoed.nl and/or the landlord, depending on your tenancy agreement.

    Always cancel your tenancy agreement before the first of the month and read your tenancy agreement carefully.

  • STANDARD RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR TENANTS

    ROZ model rental agreements and associated general provisions are often used for tenancy agreements. The ROZ models have been drawn up by the Real Estate Council association (ROZ).

  • INSPECTION REPORT

    You use the inspection report to indicate the condition of the home when moving in. It is important to fill this out within 14 days and send uit to A&N Vastgoed.
