Our personal approach and our extended network is the foundation for success. The first step is a comprehensive intake, we take time to get to know each other.
During the intake with our rental specialist, we invite you to tell us more about yourself and your situation.

We only work based on exclusivity.
Based on your wish list, we'll show you several homes online so we can get to know your taste.
Together we make a listing of available properties.
A&N Real Estate has an extensive network in The Hague. We will use this network in our search for a great property for you.
Even when a property is not yet listed online, we may already be able to offer you this property.
Together we will make a selection of properties and ensure efficient planning of the viewings.
We view the properties together. If you like, we can pick you up and bring you home.
Not arrived in the Netherlands yet? No problem: we can show you around by a video call.
If we haven't found a suitable property during the first round, we will continue our search.
If you visited a property you would like to rent, we will introduce you to the property owner or the estate agent.
Upon approval of the property owner, we will start the possible negotiations. You are our customer, we always work on your behalf.
After the negotiations, you will be asked to sign a reservation agreement and make an advance payment while the tenancy agreement is being drawn up.
An extensive check of the tenancy agreement drawn up by the third party is included.
Now it's time for you to sign the tenancy agreement.
After all financial obligations have been met, we will schedule a date for the key handover and check-in.
We will guide you every step of the way and supervise the inspection of the condition of the house.
If you like, we can give you advice to set up utilities such as gas, water, electricity, and internet.
We enjoy staying in touch with you. You are welcome to join us during our monthly A&N Friday afternoon drinks! (last Friday of the month)
We charge a commission for our expat service equal to one month of the agreed rent, excluding VAT with a minimum of 1.600 euros, excl VAT.
